ThinksForYou started inside a real business. Chad Rinkwest co runs a premium catering and events company in Cape Town. One busy weekend there means hundreds of guests, dozens of staff, stock counts, client questions and a mountain of admin.

So he built his way out. First a command centre, then a staff app, then client portals, and finally a crew of AI agents to handle the boring parts. The business stopped depending on his every hour. It started running while he slept.
